Hot Hatha 75:
All Levels - A 26 posture sequence strategically designed and developed to systematically work every part of the body, to give all the internal organs, all the veins, all the ligaments, and all the muscles everything they need to maintain optimum health and maximum function. Each component takes care of something different in the body, and yet they all work together synergistically, contributing to the success of every other one, and extending its benefits. This class is 75 minutes and the room temperature is approx 105 degrees.
All Levels – Simply Sweat is a strategic blend of yoga inspired postures combined with a flare of upbeat moves that take your workout to the next level. Performed in the heated room, this class is designed to work the entire body from head to toe. Challenging but somewhat entertaining at the same time - take your yoga to the next level with Simply Sweat.
Power Vinyasa 75 / Hour of Power:
All Levels - Yoga flows are more invigorating. Postures are linked in a flow and provide some aerobic components while also improving strength and coordination. This sequence is designed to build strength and stamina. This class is 75 minutes (Hour of Power is 60 mins) performed in approximately 105 degrees.
All Levels - A combination of our Hatha class and Power Vinyasa class performed in the heated room. This class 75 minutes.
All Levels - The easiest way to describe this class is "yoga with weights". For this class, you are encouraged to bring in your own hand weights (suggested between 3lb,5lb or up to 10lbs). This class will hep to take your yoga to a whole new journey. Although designed primarily for strength conditioning, this class will also help improve your core strength, balance and flexibility.
Simply Yin 75:
All Levels - This class is designed for all levels. A 75 minute class with a series of postures designed for the deep stretching of the body's connective tissues. Yoga postures are held for much longer periods of time.
All Levels - This 60 minute full body workout simply combines pilates, yoga, strength conditioning and ballet-inspired moves to give you beautiful, sculpted, lean muscles. A truly unique yet challenging workout, Barre utilizes the ballet barre to perform low impact isometric movements that lifts your butt, tones your thighs, abs, and arms, and burns fat in a short amount of time. This regimented routine will evenly sculpt and quickly transform the entire body, resulting in a long and lean muscle physique.
