Hatha:
A 26 posture sequence strategically designed and developed to systematically work every part of the body, to give all the internal organs, all the veins, all the ligaments, and all the muscles everything they need to maintain optimum health and maximum function. Each component takes care of something different in the body, and yet they all work together synergistically, contributing to the success of every other one, and extending its benefits.
Yoga Sculpt:Tone and sculpt by combining power yoga with resistance training, incorporating light to moderate sized dumbbells. Fusing yoga poses with weight training helps to create long lean muscles.
Power Vinyasa:Yoga flows are more invigorating. Postures are linked in a flow and provide some aerobic components while also improving strength and coordination. This sequence is designed to build strength and stamina.
Fusion: A ‘fusion’ (combination) of Power Vinyasa and Hatha.
