What is Hot Yoga?
Hot yoga is a series of postures practiced in a warm and humid environment. Temperatures range from 98-105 °F. The heat allows a much deeper stretch than would otherwise occur. As a result, there is less risk of injury. The heat also causes detoxification and cleansing of the body with sweat.
