What to expect in these classes:
In each energizing and targeted workout, you’ll use specific props and equipment to sculpt, strengthen and stretch your entire body. Each class begins with a warm up followed by a series of targeted exercises that may use bodyweight, light hand weights, a Pilates ball, and/or resistance bands. These formats challenge muscles and are easy on the joints. Classes are all levels with modifications offered and encouraged.
